What's Our Cancellation Policy?
Full prepayment required to confirm your reservation. Cancellations made 12 hrs before the start of the tour are allowed for a full refund. Cancellations made after during the 12 hrs before the tour are subject to a $10/person admin fee, weather related exceptions are allowed, see below.
What Happens if it Rains?
On days with light/intermittent rain, we provide rain jackets to keep you dry and comfortable. In the event of heavy rain please contact us to cancel or reschedule your tour. Weather-related cancellations are accepted before 11:00 a.m. on the day of the tour for no penalty.
Rentals:
Only pay for what you use. If you book for the full day but only ride for 2 hours, we will credit you back the difference. Feel free to shorten or lengthen your multi-day rental, our multi day rental rates get better each day you have your rental, so the longer you have the rental the better value.
Cancel anytime up to the day before your rental for a full refund. If it is raining or the weather is not good on the day of your rental you can cancel or reschedule for no charge.
