There is no better cycling in the Grand Traverse area than from Suttons Bay. Depart from this quaint town onto the Leelanau Trail,  bike path that winds through endless orchards and vineyards, along the West Grand Traverse Bay. Or take them with you to great local trails like the Leelanau State Park, the VASA, or the Glacial Hills trails!

Grab a pair of snowshoes and explore the many trails the Leelanau peninsula has to offer. Snowshoeing is the perfect activity for all ages and requires no previous experience.

CROSS COUNTRY SKIS

There is no shortage of fantastic Cross Country Skiing trails in our area! Snag a pair of our Rossignol Cross Country Skis and head down the groomed Leelanau Trail or over to one of the many designated Cross Country Ski Trails on the peninsula.

Free fat bike rental delivery to most of Leelanau County, some restrictions apply. Rentals include excellent maps of the area and recommended routes.

Want to cycle everything in the area? Go for it. Tour the Leelanau Trail one day, then tour the Sleeping Bear Heritage Trail in Glen Arbor the next. Free Roadside Assistance*

*Roadside assistance available to rentals leaving our Suttons Bay shop, repair zone is a 10 mile radius from our shop. Repair kits are provided to riders who plan to cycle outside this range.
