Corduroy is back too! Trail is groomed wider, great for skate skiing
Enjoy.
Snowshoe trails are always open. Enjoy a beautiful hike through the woods with snow covered trees and vineyards. And stop by for a glass of wine outside by the heaters or firepit

Ski Conditions – Posted 2/20/21
Summary
Heritage Trail has a base of about 4-5″ on all trail segments. Groomers were out Friday grooming from Empire to Glen Arbor. They were out today grooming from Crystal View trailhead to Port Oneida Road. Conditions are EXCELLENT.
Palmer Woods received 4-6″ of fresh powder. There is a base of over 12″. The trail was groomed for corduroy and classic tracks. In some places there is only one set of classic tracks where the trail is narrow, but other areas where it is a bit wider, there are two sets of classic tracks. Conditions are EXCELLENT!
Conditions are the same on backcountry hiking trails. Great snowshoeing and backcountry skiing with about 4-6″ of fresh powder.
If you are hiking on rustic trails in the park (like Empire Bluff or Pyramid Point) your best bet is walking with good tread shoes or micro-spikes or Yak Tracks. You might also want to use trekking poles. As these trails get more use, they will become slippery and icy, so enhanced traction with spikes will be helpful.
If you hike rustic trails with boots or snowshoes PLEASE stay off the ski tracks. Our skiers will thank you!
